Cancellation Policy
At Mountain Beauty, we value your time and ours.
To best serve all clients, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of deposit FEE or 30-50% of service fee- at discretion of owner
• Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
